DuoPlus cloud phone integration guide
This guide explains how to connect a DuoPlus cloud phone account in the Ganhuo AI desktop client, and what the client can and cannot do once connected. Everything is on this single page.
1. Download the installer
The client ships as two installers, one for macOS and one for Windows. Choose the one matching your system.
- macOS
- macOS 11 or later, Apple silicon (M series). The installer is a .dmg file.
- Windows
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. The installer is an .exe file.
The macOS installer is currently published for Apple silicon only. Intel-based Macs are not supported.
2. Get an API key
Sign in to the DuoPlus console and generate an API key at the path below. Keep it somewhere safe — the client only asks for it once.

API keys are issued per team. A key covers the devices and data of the team it was generated under. To reach another team's devices, switch to that team in the console, generate a new API key, and replace the existing one in the client.
3. Choose an access region
There are two access regions — Chinese mainland and International — and their account systems are separate. Choose the region matching the one your DuoPlus account is registered in.
What to check when you get "invalid key"
A wrong access region and a mistyped API key return the same error: "invalid key". If you see it, first confirm that the region matches your account, then check that the API key was copied in full.
4. Scope of functionality
The five operations below are currently supported. Each includes an example instruction you can type directly into the client.
- Device status and expiry lookup
View the running status, expiry date, and renewal state of cloud phones in a given group.
Show the status and expiry dates of the cloud phones in the Thailand group
- Bulk power and app management
Power devices on or off and install or uninstall applications across multiple devices at once.
Power on the 8 devices in the Thailand group and install TikTok on all of them
- Command execution and results
Run commands on a device and receive screenshots or UI element data, rather than a written description of the screen.

Retrieve SMS verification codes received by a linked cloud number.

- Purchase and renewal
Buy or renew cloud phones, monthly uptime plans, and cloud numbers. These actions are executed only after you confirm them in an authorisation card.

5. Operational boundaries
Cloud phones host long-running account environments. The following four behaviours are fixed in the client.
- Device matching
- When a device name matches more than one device, the candidates are listed for you to confirm; none is selected automatically.
- Proxy channels
- Changing a proxy channel requires an explicit instruction from you and is never performed automatically.
- Billable actions
- Any action that incurs a charge is executed only after you confirm it in an authorisation card.
- Bulk results
- Bulk operations report a result per device, listing failed devices individually rather than reporting overall success.
