Terms of Service
The 干活宝AI Terms of Service: accounts, payment, auto-renewal, refunds, and limitation of liability.
Last updated: 2026-08-24
This English version is provided for convenience only. The Chinese version of these Terms is the governing text; in case of any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and Hangzhou Hanyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州瀚翊智能科技有限公司) ("we", "us", or "干活宝AI") governing your use of the 干活宝AI website, desktop application, and related online services (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms in full before using the Service, paying particular attention to the clauses shown in bold, including billing and auto-renewal rules, refund rules, disclaimers and limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
By taking any of the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, and these Terms take effect between you and us:
- registering a 干活宝AI account, or signing in to and using the Service in any manner;
- downloading, installing, or running the 干活宝AI desktop application;
- completing payment for any paid item of the Service, through any payment channel.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not register, do not pay, and stop using the Service immediately.
If you are under 18 years old, read these Terms together with your legal guardian and use the Service only with your guardian's consent; any payment you make must have your guardian's express prior consent.
2. Service Provider
- Operating entity: Hangzhou Hanyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州瀚翊智能科技有限公司)
- Website: ganhuoai.cn (including redirect domains such as ganhuo.ai)
- ICP filing number: 浙ICP备2026066069号-1
- Contact: the live support entry at the bottom right of the website and desktop app (submit a ticket)
We handle enquiries, complaints, refund requests, and other Service-related requests through that support entry.
3. The Service
- Desktop application: the 干活宝AI desktop app is currently free to download and use. It runs on your own machine and performs the tasks you direct it to perform. The scope of features, the versions, and the period offered free of charge are determined by us and we reserve the right to change them; any change does not affect paid entitlements you have already purchased.
- Online services and account: website account, usage records, billing management, and the model relay service through which we call third-party AI models on your behalf.
- Credits: credits are an internal unit of measurement used to meter the resources consumed by your AI model calls and other paid features. Credits are not a prepaid card, token, legal tender, or virtual currency of any kind, and are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and not usable outside the Service.
- Complimentary credits: we may grant trial credits to new users or campaign participants; the amount and validity period are as displayed at the time of the grant. Complimentary credits are not a paid transaction, are non-refundable and non-redeemable, and we may change the grant rules at any time or claw back credits obtained by improper means.
- Usage limits: the Service is provided per account. We may impose reasonable technical limits on concurrency, request rate, request size, and the range of available models for a single account, and adjust them according to system load and security conditions. To protect overall service quality, we may throttle, queue, or refuse calls that clearly exceed normal use.
- Territory: the Service is offered where permitted by law. You are responsible for confirming that using the Service is lawful in your location; our inability to serve you due to local legal restrictions does not constitute a breach by us.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, available models, or the form of the Service for operational, technical, security, or compliance reasons, and will give reasonable advance notice where practicable through the website, in-app notice, or other means.
4. Account Registration and Security
- You must register with true, accurate, and complete information and keep it up to date. To meet legal, regulatory, or payment-provider requirements, we may ask you to supply identity or business-qualification information and cooperate with verification; if you refuse, we may suspend the corresponding services.
- The account is for your own use only. You must safeguard your account name, password, and other credentials. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your own and is your responsibility, unless you produce sufficient evidence that it was directly caused by our gross negligence.
- Notify us immediately through the support entry if you discover unauthorised use, credential leakage, or any other security issue, and take necessary steps such as changing your password.
- Ownership of the account rests with us; you obtain a right to use it. You may not gift, lend, lease, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the account without our written consent.
- You may close your account at any time in account settings. On closure, any remaining credits in the account (including purchased credits) expire and are not refundable. Please confirm that you accept this consequence before closing your account.
5. Payment, Pricing, and Billing
5.1 Pricing
The price, included credit amount, billing cycle, and applicable rules of each paid tier are as displayed on the pricing page at the time you place your order. Except as otherwise stated on the page, fees charged separately by the payment channel, and taxes required by law, the price shown at checkout is the amount payable by you.
5.2 Billing and credit issuance
- On successful payment, we issue the corresponding number of credits to your account.
- Monthly plan credits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were issued, do not roll over, and any unused portion is not converted to cash or otherwise compensated. On successful renewal, the new cycle's credits are normally issued around the time the previous cycle's credits expire; a short gap caused by payment-channel callbacks, system processing, or similar factors is not a breach.
- One-off credit packs (if offered) have the validity period published on the page at the time of purchase and coexist with plan credits, consumed in the order set by the rules; where no validity period is stated, they remain valid for as long as the account exists.
- The consumption rules and the metering of individual calls are as recorded in real time on the "Usage" and "Credits" pages in your account. When your balance is insufficient, the relevant paid features are automatically paused until you top up.
- The credit-to-currency ratio, the consumption rate of each feature, and the metering method for individual calls are determined by us based on upstream model cost, technical design, and operating conditions, and we may adjust them. Adjustments take effect on publication and apply to calls made thereafter; they do not affect consumption already completed. Real-time billing records are available in your account at any time.
- Our metering records (usage, deductions, issuances, and reversals) are the basis for determining the parties' rights and obligations. If you dispute a record, you must raise it through the support entry with reasons within 30 days of the record being created; otherwise it is deemed accepted.
5.3 Auto-renewal
- If you purchase a monthly plan through a payment channel that supports recurring billing (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Creem), the subscription renews automatically and is charged at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time on the "Settings — Billing" page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you may continue to use the credits already issued for that cycle, and we will not charge you for the next cycle.
- Purchases made through channels that do not support recurring billing (such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Z-Pay) are charged as one-off transactions and do not auto-renew; place a new order to continue.
- If automatic payment fails because of insufficient funds, an expired card, a limit, or any other reason, the subscription may be suspended or terminated and the corresponding entitlements cease.
5.4 Price changes
We may adjust prices or credit allocations. Adjustments apply only to new orders and new billing cycles after they take effect and do not affect an order you have already paid for in the current cycle. For a price increase affecting an auto-renewing subscription, we will notify you by reasonable means before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then.
5.5 Payment channels and payment information
- Payments are processed by third-party payment institutions. We do not collect or store your full card number, PIN, or other payment credentials; that information is handled by the payment institution under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Payment-channel fees, exchange-rate differences, and cross-border transaction fees are governed by the rules of the payment institution or card issuer.
- If you dispute a charge, contact us through the support entry first. If you initiate a chargeback or complain to the payment institution directly, we may suspend your account and the corresponding entitlements until the dispute is resolved, and may recover the resulting fees and penalties from you under Clause 13.
5.6 Invoices
If you need an invoice, request it through the support entry within a reasonable period after payment and provide accurate and complete invoicing details; we will issue it subject to applicable tax rules. The invoice amount is limited to the amount actually paid and not refunded. If an order for which an invoice has been issued is later refunded, you must first return the invoice or cooperate in cancelling it, failing which we may defer processing the refund. Costs of reissue or cancellation caused by incorrect details you supplied are borne by you.
6. Refunds
Credits are a digital product that can be used immediately and cannot be restored once consumed. Under Article 25 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the PRC, digital goods delivered online are not subject to the seven-day no-reason return right. On that basis, we nonetheless offer the following refund routes voluntarily.
6.1 Full refund for unused orders
Within 7 calendar days of successful payment (this period and its conditions are as published by us from time to time in our refund rules or help documentation), you may request a full refund if all of the following are met:
- no credits issued under that order have been consumed (consumption is zero);
- the order was not obtained through a coupon, discount campaign, giveaway, beta entitlement, or any other non-standard price;
- your account is free of the violations listed in Clause 7, and the order has not been identified as an abnormal or fraudulent transaction.
6.2 Orders already used
Once any credits issued under an order have been consumed, we are deemed to have commenced performance of that order and to have completed performance as to the consumed portion; refunds are in principle not available.
If you nonetheless have a legitimate reason, explain it through the support entry. We will consider the proportion consumed, the time elapsed, and your account history, and decide at our discretion whether and how to accommodate you (partial refund, additional credits, or an extension of validity). Any such accommodation is a commercial goodwill gesture and does not create a precedent or commitment for similar cases.
6.3 Faults attributable to us
If a fault for which we are responsible continues and materially affects your use of entitlements you have paid for, and we assess that it cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, we will compensate you by issuing credits or extending validity; the form, quantity, and extent of that compensation are determined by us in light of the scope and duration of the fault and the actual impact on you. Where that is genuinely not possible, we will refund the unused portion.
Brief interruptions, localised feature unavailability, performance fluctuation, and isolated or small numbers of failed calls are ordinary incidents of an internet service, do not fall within this Clause, and give rise to no obligation to compensate or refund.
6.4 No refund
- credits granted for free, as a reward, through a campaign, or through a beta programme;
- orders outside the period in Clause 6.1;
- limitation, suspension, or termination of service because you breached Clause 7, and credits that expire as a result;
- credits that expire because the account was voluntarily closed, merged, or transferred;
- amounts you have already claimed or are claiming through a chargeback or a complaint to a payment institution;
- any other circumstance where the law provides that a refund does not apply.
6.5 How refunds are processed
Submit refund requests through the live support entry at the bottom right, stating the order number and the reason, and cooperate with the identity and transaction verification we require. If the verification materials are incomplete or untrue, the review period runs from the date they are completed. We will review and respond within a reasonable period of receiving a complete request. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment route; the time to arrive depends on the payment channel and card issuer, and we are unable to give any commitment on it. Payment-channel fees, cross-border charges, and exchange-rate differences already incurred and non-refundable to us are deducted from the refundable amount.
The full refund for unused orders under Clause 6.1 may be used only once in total per user, per payment account, and per device.
When a refund is processed, we deduct the unconsumed credits corresponding to that order from your account; if your balance is insufficient, the shortfall is offset against the refundable amount.
6.6 Risk control and abnormal transactions
For transactions suspected of card fraud, money laundering, cash-out schemes, bulk registration, abusive exploitation of promotions, or other anomalies, we may withhold credit issuance, freeze the credits concerned, unilaterally cancel the transaction and refund by the original route, and refuse to continue serving that user. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, but prior notice is not a precondition.
This Clause does not exclude or limit any right of yours that may not be excluded or limited by law.
7. Your Conduct
You undertake not to use the Service to:
- violate the laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, or other binding norms of the PRC, or the laws applicable where you are located;
- produce, copy, publish, or transmit information prohibited by law, including content that endangers national security, undermines ethnic unity, promotes terrorism or extremism, or involves obscenity, violence, gambling, or fraud;
- infringe the intellectual property, trade secrets, reputation, privacy, personal information rights, or other lawful rights of others;
- access, scan, probe, or interfere with our systems, data, or networks or those of third parties without authorisation, or use crawlers, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service beyond normal use;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to obtain its source code, model weights, keys, or other non-public information;
- resell, distribute, or lease the Service or its model-calling capability, or provide your account or API keys to third parties (unless separately agreed in writing);
- circumvent or defeat billing, quota, or rate-limiting measures, or obtain credits, discounts, or rewards by abnormal means;
- generate or spread false information or deepfakes, or engage in bulk automated registration, engagement farming, spam, or other abuse;
- engage in any other conduct contrary to public order and good morals or harmful to our or a third party's lawful rights.
You are responsible for the content you submit, generate, and transmit through the Service. We have no obligation to pre-screen user content, but we have the right (not the duty) to remove, block, downgrade, restrict, suspend, or terminate on discovery, on report, or as required by law.
Whether a violation has occurred and what measure to take is determined by us on the basis of these Terms, platform rules, and our own reasonable judgment, without your prior consent; where the matter is urgent or damage may escalate, we may act first and notify afterwards. You may appeal through the support entry.
8. User Content and Intellectual Property
- Your content: the files, instructions, and data you submit to use the Service, and the rights you lawfully hold in them, remain yours or the original rights holder's. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, sub-licensable only to the model and cloud providers that support the Service, to transmit, store, process, back up, and pass your content to third-party models in order to perform the tasks you direct, and to secure the Service, troubleshoot, handle complaints and disputes, and meet legal obligations. That licence survives your deletion of the content or closure of your account for the duration of necessary technical caches and statutory retention periods.
- Your warranty: you warrant that you hold the necessary rights in, or have obtained sufficient authorisation for, the content you submit, and that its submission and processing infringes no third party's intellectual property, personality rights, personal information rights, or trade secrets and breaches no agreement with a third party. Clause 13 applies to losses we suffer from a breach of this warranty.
- De-identified data: statistical and technical metrics that have been de-identified and aggregated so that they cannot identify you or your users (such as call volume, error rate, and latency) may be used by us for security, capacity planning, and quality improvement.
- Generated content: to the extent permitted by law, content generated by the Service from your input is yours to use as you see fit. Because of how models generate output, different users may receive identical or similar output; we make no warranty as to the exclusivity, copyrightability, accuracy, completeness, fitness, or non-infringement of generated content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of it complies with law and third-party rights.
- Our rights: the Service's software, interface design, graphics, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
- Feedback: suggestions, feedback, bug reports, and any ideas contained in them that you provide may be used by us free of charge, without territorial or time limit, to develop and improve the Service and our other products, with no payment and no attribution.
9. Third-Party Services
- Parts of the Service rely on third parties for AI models, payments, cloud computing, and account connections. When you use a third-party service through the Service, that third party's terms and privacy policy also apply to you.
- You may authorise the Service to connect to your accounts on third-party platforms. You must ensure you are entitled to grant that authorisation and comply with the platform's rules; you bear any account action, loss, or liability arising from breaching those rules.
- The availability, price, features, and quotas of third-party services may be changed or terminated by those third parties independently. If that happens, we may immediately adjust the models, feature scope, and billing rules of the Service accordingly, without thereby being in breach or incurring any obligation to compensate; we will give notice so far as reasonable.
- We are not responsible for the acts, content, faults, or data handling of third-party providers, or for disputes between you and them.
10. AI-Specific Notices
- Model output is probabilistic and may contain factual errors, omissions, or results that do not match your expectations. Output is for reference only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice.
- Verify accuracy and legality yourself before relying on output for any decision with real consequences or publishing it.
- The desktop app may perform file operations on your machine or act on third-party platforms on your behalf. Confirm the scope before you authorise it; you bear the consequences of operations you have authorised.
11. Suspension and Termination
- We may, with or without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service and, depending on severity, close your account if:
- you breach these Terms or applicable law, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect such a breach;
- your conduct threatens the security or stable operation of the Service, other users, or third parties;
- a transaction is identified as abnormal, fraudulent, involving card fraud, or subject to a chargeback dispute;
- required by a competent authority, a payment institution, or an upstream provider, or necessary to meet a legal obligation;
- your account has not been signed in to for a long period (normally 12 consecutive months or more) and you do not respond to notice.
- If service is restricted, suspended, or terminated because of your breach or any of the circumstances above, remaining credits (including purchased credits) are not refundable; we reserve the right to pursue any losses caused to us.
- We may discontinue the Service as a whole, or any feature within it, at any time for business, cost, technical, or compliance reasons, giving reasonable advance notice in the manner set out in Clause 17.1. If that happens, we will make arrangements for the portion you have paid for and not consumed by way of refund, additional credits, migration to an alternative, or any other means we consider appropriate.
- You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. The consequences of closure are set out in Clause 4.5.
- Termination does not affect rights and obligations already accrued, nor clauses that by their nature survive (including Clause 6 refunds, Clause 8 intellectual property, Clause 12 limitation of liability, Clause 13 indemnity, and Clause 16 dispute resolution).
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranty, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or accuracy of results.
- We do not commit to any particular availability, response time, or success rate unless separately agreed with you in writing. Brief interruptions for maintenance, upgrades, scaling, security hardening, or regulatory compliance are not a breach.
- Features marked "test", "preview", "beta", "experimental", or similar are provided free or at a discount, may be unstable, and may change or be withdrawn at any time; they are provided AS IS with no commitment beyond this Clause.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss or corruption of data or content, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of procuring substitute services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you under these Terms and the Service is capped at the lower of (a) the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the liability, and (b) the total amount you actually paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event. For parts of the Service provided free of charge (including the desktop app, complimentary credits, and test features), we bear no monetary liability.
- We are not liable for loss caused by: (a) your or a third party's use or disclosure of your account, credentials, or API keys; (b) information you supply being untrue, incomplete, or insufficiently authorised; (c) the acts, faults, restrictions, or rule changes of third-party model, payment, cloud, or platform providers; (d) your use or publication of, or decisions based on, output from the Service; (e) problems with your network environment, device, operating system, or other software.
- We are not liable for breach where force majeure (including natural disaster, epidemic, war, strike, government or regulatory action, changes in law or policy, power or telecommunications failure, large-scale cyber attack, or unavailability of upstream services) prevents us from providing all or part of the Service, but we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate and will notify you promptly.
- This Clause does not exclude or limit any liability that may not lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for personal injury caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Your Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim, complaint, or demand against us, or if we are penalised by a competent authority or fined or debited by a payment institution, because you breached these Terms or applicable law, or because of content you submitted, generated, or transmitted or your use of output, you must indemnify us for all resulting losses, including damages, fines, reasonable legal fees, notarisation and appraisal fees, litigation or arbitration costs, and other reasonable expenses incurred in handling the matter.
We may set such losses off directly against your account balance, credits, or refundable amounts; we reserve the right to recover any shortfall separately.
14. Personal Information
We collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please read it together with these Terms.
To keep the Service secure, meet legal obligations, and handle disputes, we retain account, order, call, and operation logs for the period necessary; after you close your account we may still retain necessary records for the period required by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and their supporting rules because of changes in law, regulatory requirements, business adjustments, or product iteration. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date; for changes materially affecting your rights and obligations, we will give advance notice by site announcement, in-app notice, or email.
After a revision takes effect, your continued use of the Service, continued payment, or failure to object and stop using the Service before it takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service; you may request a refund for any purchase that qualifies under Clause 6.1.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules).
- The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days of either party's written request to negotiate, either party may bring proceedings before the competent people's court at the domicile of Hangzhou Hanyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
- During dispute resolution, both parties shall continue to perform the undisputed parts of these Terms.
- This Clause does not affect your right to complain to a consumer association, market regulator, or other competent body under the law.
17. Miscellaneous
- Notices: notices we issue by site announcement, in-app notice, internal message, or to the email address or phone number you provided at registration are deemed delivered on the date of issue. You must keep your contact details accurate and current; you bear the consequences of inaccurate details or failure to check them.
- Assignment: we may assign all or part of our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, division, reorganisation, asset transfer, or business change, without your further consent, giving notice under Clause 17.1. You may not assign any right or obligation under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- Severability: if any clause is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent body, that clause shall be adjusted or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining clauses remain in force.
- No waiver: our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms is not a waiver of it, and a single or partial exercise does not preclude further exercise of that or any other right.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the service rules, pricing-page notes, and campaign rules we publish from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede any prior oral or written understanding on the same subject. In case of inconsistency between those documents, these Terms prevail; matters not covered here are governed by the relevant specific rules.
- Qualitative terms: qualitative terms used in these Terms such as "reasonable", "necessary", "material", "substantial", "appropriate", and "normally" are judged by us in good faith in light of industry practice, technical conditions, and the circumstances of the individual case. If you disagree with our judgment, raise it through the support entry and the matter proceeds under Clause 16.
- Supplementary rules: we may publish specific rules or help documentation on credit consumption, campaigns, fair use, content standards, developer interfaces, and similar matters, which supplement these Terms. Such rules take effect on publication; where they are inconsistent with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the rule expressly provides otherwise.
- Headings: headings are for reading convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
- Language: the Chinese version of these Terms governs. English and other language versions are provided for convenience only and, in case of any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.
- Contact: for any question about these Terms, or to exercise a right under them, submit a ticket through the live support entry at the bottom right of the page.
